No pre-existing qualification is required other than you need to have empathy and understanding for those in financial duress as full Professional Training will be provided for the areas of Liquidation, Bankruptcy, Creditor Negotiations, Company and Partnership Formations, Dissolutions, Part X, Voluntary Administrations etc. as part of the Licence Agreement. This training will be provided by QAS as they are experienced in training agents in the areas of insolvency/bankruptcy etc.

Please note: QAS take care of all ongoing administration for each case, therefore there is very minimal paperwork/administration for Licensees. Leads may be provided from time to time. The successful applicant will be expected to converse with all types of Businesses and will be required to have good people skills as there is the possibility of High Potential rewards for those that put in the effort.
The successful applicant will be advised on the type of businesses to contact in order to acquire new business. You will be given the Names and Addresses of businesses in various categories that are the most vulnerable at this present time however the applicant will not be restricted to this area.
Projected figures are available for a $190,000 first year income. Earnings may exceed $400,000 per annum.
Licences - Once off payment of $70,000 plus GST (per State) for a 5 year term. A further 'token' payment at the end of 5 years will ensure a licence for perpetuity.
The business can be onsold at any time subject to certain minimal conditions. Licensee office locations may be mobile and would ideally consist of 1 to 2 persons. A Licensee can expect an income to commence immediately after training is completed.
Training may take place either at your location or at QAS headquarters, Gold Coast.
