Profitable Psychology Clinic - Sydney

Profitable, under-management psychology practice for sale in Sydney, specialising in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy.

This referral-driven allied health business offers a new owner a genuine mental health practice for sale with strong fundamentals and room to grow.

Highlights:
* FY25 revenue of approximately $904K, generated primarily through Medicare-billed services
* Consistent, high-quality client pipeline built on established GP referral relationships, with low reliance on paid marketing
* Specialised, in-demand service mix: EMDR, trauma therapy, perinatal and paediatric psychology, plus a newly added ADHD coaching offering
* Secure five-year lease to December 2030, transferable, with scope to negotiate a further term
* Structured team in place, including clinician-directors, employed and contracting clinicians, an operations manager, admin staff and a dedicated intake coordinator, supporting smooth day-to-day operations

Two experienced clinician-directors remain actively involved in service delivery and are committed to a thoughtful, part-time transition of 1-3 years post-settlement to hand over client and referral relationships. This is a straightforward asset sale, with the practice operating primarily under Medicare and only limited NDIS exposure, keeping compliance requirements simple.

For a buyer looking to acquire a psychology practice, allied health business or trauma therapy clinic with established systems, a capable team and clear pathways for expansion, this is a well-positioned opportunity to step into ownership of a respected, purpose-driven practice.

Initial discussions will be held online, with an in-person site visit arranged after hours at a mutually convenient time, once buyer interest and financial capacity are established.
