Important Sale Clarification

This is an asset and IP sale only.

The company entity and ABN are not included in the sale. The buyer will acquire the agreed business assets, stock, equipment, IP, brand, formulations, customer database and digital assets, but not the vendor company or trading entity.

Historical liabilities, staff entitlements, tax obligations, lease obligations and other vendor entity liabilities do not transfer to the purchaser.

All plant, equipment and stock included in the sale will be sold with clear title, free from finance or encumbrances.
