This is the sale of an established Australian Financial Services Licence, granted by ASIC in 2016 and varied in 2022 to add claims handling and settling. The sale is of the licence only.

Advice and dealing in general insurance products

Retail and wholesale clients
Authority to use the "General Insurance Broker" title
