Investment capacity up to $1 million for acquisition or will consider part equity.
Additional investment capacity for freehold property acquisition related to business up to $2 million.

CRITERIA:
- No Start Ups  minimum 5 years profitable operation
- Non Food
- Day to Day operational structure independent of owner
- Favourable disposition toward staged exit for mature owner approaching retirement
- Alternatively assisting long term manager with buyout of owner
- Recapitalisation of COVID-impacted business

LOCATION:
