Main Street location in Albany CBD, 4 hours drive south of Perth on the magic south coast.
Albany is booming and is a very picturesque coastal holiday destination and city of choice for people looking for a safe haven from the scorching Perth summer heat. THE ALBANY HOTEL
The OLDEST PUB IN WA and still in service, originally opened in 1835 as The Horse and Groom Inn, it has a lot of history and still operates as a traditional pub, the only one in town.
The current owners have operated it very successfully for the past 6 years and wish to retire. They have made many upgrades in that time and the hotel now boasts a large comfortable Sports Lounge with modern TAB where minimal staff are required as it is all automated., and it is the only PUBTAB in town.
Off the sports lounge which is also used for dining, is a front verandah with alfresco seating and to the rear is a large beer garden with bar, TVs and music available.
A smaller quiet lounge is ideal for functions and can hold up to 50 people.

The Hotel boasts a very regular client base selling traditional beers, local wines, excellent counter meals. The hotel is popular with young folk and older alike and is a sponsor of many sporting clubs in town.
