I have been here for 20 years and originally set up so I could be my own boss to give me the flexibility I wanted to grow my new family with the ability to attend all my childrens special moments in life .
Also to provide them with a job if needed , this has worked well as my son worked with me for a year till he found an apprenticeship in his chosen field . My daughter is currently in my employ whilst she is studying and conducting a traineeship for vet nursing .
This leaves me the opportunity to have a mid to latter life crisis and to free up my time for some travel and to lighten my work load.
