iSPECT Building Inspections is a national franchise group of small business owners that provide local building, pest, new home (construction), warranty defect and dilapidation inspection services.
Each franchisee is an experienced member of the building and construction industry. Each franchisee is also qualified to complete pest inspections. The benefit for our customers is that we offer a combined building and pest inspection.
iSPECT franchisees have access to a network of industry clients who refer inspections to our franchisees. Client referrals are derived from real estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, architects, and various government bodies.
Within the new building construction industry our franchisee inspectors conduct construction stage inspections.
At a commercial level, iSPECT Building Inspections are active in tendering for dilapidation inspections for commercial and residential properties, that include council assets.
Our national team of franchise building inspectors are supported by our head office Franchise Account Managers, Marketing, IT and Accounts located at Level 1, 8 Anderson Street, Port Melbourne.
iSPECT Building Inspections conduct inspections across Australia, and have franchisees operating in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
