Well known 50+ year old business in Silvan on the eastern outskirts of Melbourne providing rural hardware and building supplies to a broad range of customers.
Fantastic main road location in an area full of rural and semi rural properties, orchards, farm and many other agi businesses.
Staffing issues over recent years have resulted in relatively poor performance but the current manager (with admin support from the owner) is working out very well.
Sales are around $1.0 mil pa and should be easily improved.
Trades 5 1/2 days per week.
Ideal first business for for a family or partners.
