Home Caring has won Australian Emerging Franchisor of the Year at this year’s Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) Excellence in Franchising Awards.
The FCA Award’s Emerging Franchisor category recognises excellence in practice by an emerging business that has been franchising its brand for two to five years. Home Caring was awarded first place this year, after being named a runner up in the 2020 awards.
Bill Lockett, Home Caring Franchise Manager, says this achievement acknowledges Home Caring’s great success in a high-growth industry.
“In just over three years, we’ve opened 50 locations in Australia – half of them in the last 12 months. We’re now one of the fastest growing franchises in the country. It’s been great to see our culturally diverse franchisees who speak over 30 different languages becoming very successful by providing quality care in the home, matching their client’s needs with a cultural language and health point of view,” says Lockett.
“The home care market has never-ending potential, so we are looking forward to building on our results to become Australia’s largest home caring franchise.”
Home Caring achieved the top score in the FCA awards based on five franchisee categories: planning and strategy, leadership support and satisfaction, business performance, financial performance and good citizenship.
