Custom Dash & Floor mat manufacturing business

Currently operating - Gold Coast, QLD.

Looking to sell the portion of my business that specialises in custom made dash, floor, and boot mats as well as shifter boots, centre console lids, etc for a specific era of Japanese manufactured cars.

These product lines will easily keep 1-2 full-time trimmers/workers busy in its current formation and is a product line that continues to have demand for expansion.

I have owned the business for approximately 6 years and in that time have built up a very healthy amount of clients and sell to all around the world.

Specific details will be discussed with those interested, however, below is a general outline of what is on offer:

• All current physical templates including dash mats, floor mats, boot mats, centre console lids, handbrake boots, shifter boots, and more.

• All product information & photos for website and social media use.
• Goodwill of current customer base that will continue to require/want products.
• All customers would be referred to the buyer for future sales with an overlap period that would be negotiated to direct people to your website and/or contact details for these products.
• Knowledge of current material suppliers and formulas used on all products
• Time from myself to walk through the manufacturing processes/procedures of required.

This business can be taken anywhere and does not require a shop front or large premises. All sales are done online so no face-to-face interaction is required.

The business is ready for major expansion should the buyer want to upscale via machinery or a larger workforce, however can also remain operational at the level that it currently runs at.

The demand from customers for a higher volume turnover is huge.
