After a professional lifetime innovating modular, prefabricated and off-site building design and construct systems, I am offering my Unibuild Technology for sale under license.

I have applied my Unibuild Technology to more than 400 individual client projects in Australia and overseas. (Refer www.xxxxx for project plans, photos, and locations).

I have never designed and built a TRADITIONAL construction.

However, I have converted hundreds of traditionally designed Client projects to my Unibuild Technology systems without a failure. All my projects have incorporated modular, prefabricated, off-site delivery systems. My Unibuild Technology has never been denied council approval anywhere in the world.

Why have I remained in business all this time? Because my Unibuild Technology has proven to be cheaper, faster, more profitable and more sustainable, than traditional design and construction. I have managed to eliminate most expensive traditional material and labour costs in favor of low-cost sand, cement, steel fibre reinforcing and polystyrene for insulation, to comply with The Building Code of Australia.

I have found the most lucrative projects to be those in remote areas where the foundation, floor, wall, and roof components are delivered by trailer. With the use of a small local crane, the components are erected and bolted in position quickly. (Only 12 bolts per construction bay.) The Australian and Northern Territory governments have announced they are spending $4 billion on future remote area housing.
Unibuild has already designed and costed proposed plans for this project.

Australia, and other countries, are on the verge of massive building booms. These booms will not be fast built with traditional materials and trade workers, but with modular, prefabricated, off-site building systems. In a few months’ time, the Australian Government will commence building 1.2 million homes. A huge call.
