The AI model allows streamlining of a Contract review process to have a clear understanding of the contractual obligations of each party.  This expedites the review process, removes human error or bias, and allows human professionals to focus on making educated, informed decisions from the information extracted. The AI model identifies any contractual problems or concerns, reduces overall business exposure, and supports the team so that they can focus on the overall goals and outcomes. Winterlong was complementary consulting business that also had intellectual property registered in its name.

Alan Hayes of Hayes Advisory was appointed as the Liquidator of Stact Tech Pty Ltd and Winterlong Project Services Pty Ltd (both in liquidation) on 20 August 2023. The appointment was precipitated due to the ill health of the sole director. The business ceased trading in July 2023.
