Gallery One Hair Studio

$99,000 + SAV

A highly sought after, well-established quality CBD hairdressing salon is for sale. Gallery One Hair Studio is positioned in an unbeatable, prime location within the prestigious ËœHilton Hotel' in Darwin's CBD. Boasting close to 30 years of successful operations, the current owner has built strong client and supplier relationships over an impressive period, virtually guaranteeing its success.  An additional room which is not currently utilised by the owner, could easily add extra value to an already flourishing business.

The key highlights of the business include:
•    The business is marketed towards higher end, higher margin customers allowing for far larger profit margins than discount and budget operators. Quality is the major point of difference that this salon uses to distinguish itself from lower cost competitors.
•    The owner has built a quality reputation over a long period of time, ensuring an established position in the market.
•    Unbeatable location opening onto Mitchell St - Darwin's central entertainment and business hub.
•    Established suppliers combined with the long trading history, enables the business to purchase products at lower prices maximising profit margin.
•    Highly attractive rental and lease conditions.
•    Well-presented salon with multiple work stations and basins, and an extra room to offer additional services such as beauty treatments.
•    Large existing repeat client list which has allowed for minimal marketing by current owner.
•    High cash transaction business - payment is immediate upon service - no outstanding debtors.
•    Huge opportunity to expand the business and capitalise on the volume of guests that frequent the Hilton Hotel, as well as the large volume of passing foot traffic.
