Avant Garde Sign, Screen & Digital Supplies

$279,000 price includes S.A.V of approx $130,000.

The rare opportunity to purchase a Darwin Business with a trading history dating back to the 1980’s. The current owners have owned and managed the business since 2006 but now wish to retire.

Avant Garde Sign Screen & Digital Supplies are primarily wholesalers of specialised supplies to the sign writing and screen printing industries mainly in the Darwin & Palmerston area.

Training will be provided to the purchaser on the products, suppliers and customers. You do not require prior skills or knowledge to be able to learn to operate the business â€" just a willingness to learn and some basic computer familiarity.

The key highlights of the business are:
•    Long trading history of approximately 30 years with established reputation & regular long term, diversified clientele.
•    Suitable for a first time business owner who has a focus on quality service
•    Good trading profits to an owner operator over the past few years but excellent opportunity for growth.
•    Current business hours of 8.00-4.30pm Monday to Friday â€" evenings & weekends off
•    The existing daily workload is not high â€" A future owner would likely have time to expand the services offered and increase profitability
•    Diversified customer base â€" provides stability and security for future income with the business not being dependant on any one single client & having flexibility of supply options due to not being beholden to any single supplier.
•    The larger market share of two Darwin based local suppliers in this industry â€" ie only limited local competition.
•    Located in close proximity to the major clientele
•    The business has the flexibility to continue being run as a ‘stand-alone’ business or it could be incorporated into an existing business allowing for further labour and rental savings.
