In the broker's words
Full description, as written by the brokerThis is a "Greatly Reduced Price" opportunity, to acquire a successful Earthmoving Hire and Supply business that has been family run for over 50 years. After continuously servicing clients since the 1970's, the owner is now ready to retire and for a new owner to take over the business now located on the Gold Coast.
The owner has now been servicing clients from the Northern Rivers to Brisbane for over 2 decades from his Gold Coast location. The business initially commenced its operations in the commercial, then general earthmoving industry, before evolving to include Wet and Dry Hire of Tipper Trucks, Posi-tracks and Excavators and then seizing an opportunity to also including Gravel, Sand and Soil supplies.
In 2011 the business served as an Australian importer and distributor of new Loaders, Screeners, Rock Breakers, attachments, etc. After more than 50 years, the owner continues to be a major provider of bulk haulage, quarry and landscape materials. With many loyal clients and huge collective industry experience and history, this business has remained a major comprehensive Civil, Commercial and Residential Supplier.
