Boutique Day Spa in Noosa Heads

This upmarket purpose built Day Spa is located in a prominent resort complex and popular tourist destination set amongst five acres of lush, landscaped gardens, tranquil surroundings with views over the inner waters of Noosa.  This is truly paradise and so close to the beach - a perfect haven for clients to relax, unwind and be pampered.

The extremely well fitted-out premises are modern and trendy, giving you that ‘wow factor’ when you enter the Spa.  It features 5 treatment rooms, spa and a dedicated manicure and pedicure room, make up area, office, kitchen and spacious reception/retail product area.  The Spa was purpose built by the previous owner at a cost of more than $100,000 with an emphasis on privacy and quality. All the treatment rooms are beautifully fitted-out and are private with soundproof walls. This is the place to relax and unwind, to indulge your senses and enjoy a selection of superior treatments in luxurious surroundings.  There is the option for some of the rooms to be joined so that couples or friends can enjoy treatments together.

The present owner has done a fantastic job upgrading the Day Spa and making it even more desirable, a ‘Boutique Spa’ that is the perfect haven for loved ones to unwind from the day to day stresses and enter into a complete state of renewal, relaxation and pampering. Whether you are after the full day spa experience or somewhere to come for all your regular beauty treatments, this Spa is that special place.

It is not often that businesses like this come onto the market and it is only due to a change in the owner’s personal circumstances that the spa is up for sale.  This is a good solid and profitable business that is listed to sell at only a fraction of the original set-up costs. This is a great opportunity for a motivated buyer to acquire a piece of paradise and enjoy the Noosa lifestyle.

The current owner will assist new buyers with all aspects of the business, and introduce and pass on all existing clientele to new owners to ensure an easy transition.
