Optometry Practice For Sale

This is an opportunity to acquire a well-established optometry practice located within approximately 10 kilometres from the Perth CBD in a strip shop location. The practice is open 5 days per week and has good tenure in place. The Practice has a strong focus on contact lens fitting as well as some general optometry customers. There is a strong customer base and it is felt there is plenty of potential and opportunity to develop this practice further.

The Vendor currently works on a part time basis and feels an owner operator could potentially add value to the business and take it to a higher level. This could be a great buying opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced optometrist wanting to commence their own practice, or perhaps a general optometry practice group wanting to grow the contact lens part of their practice. There are several possibilities with this practice.
