Residential Cleaning Business Under **Full Management**

Residential Cleaning Business Run Under **Full Management**

The Opportunity

This residential cleaning business is a well oiled machine. The current owner has chosen to maintain the business under full management with no involvement in cleaning duties and has not cleaned in years all the while earning a very healthy living.

As the new owner, you have the choice of continuing the business as purely a manager that is coordinating both customers and cleaners or a working manager that cleans on occasion maximising your earning potential.

This business is a home based business and is currently run by a sole trader. There is scope for a husband and wife team to take over but it isn't required.
