Manufacturer of Affordable Portable Cabins and Homes

First established in January 2013 by two builders and a designer, the business produces quality and affordable portable cabins and homes. The homes are innovative of modular design and make smart use of materials timber and Colorbond. There are five designs ranging from the budget (smallest and lowest price) to the deluxe where modules can be added to create three bedroom houses.

What makes this business unique is that the final product looks like a house not a shed, there are virtually no competitors, and there is ample opportunity to grow the business. Typical customers who purchase a portable home include the investor who is looking for a passive income, mums and dads who want a teenage/student retreat or who want their parents nearby (granny flat) and also a land purchaser and first home buyer.
