The Cheesecake Shop started with just one store in the inner-west Sydney suburb of Rozelle in 1991 and has now grown to be an international success with over 225 cake bakeries and over 2000 employees across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Along the way the business has grown and evolved into a sophisticated and profitable modern enterprise. In addition to the franchising business, an ingredients supply operation was established, called United Network Suppliers, to support the retail bakeries. The headquarters of the business is now located in an office and warehouse complex at Fairfield East in Western Sydney (NSW Australia) and new franchisees are trained in the on-site bakery and retail store front.

Becoming a Local Guys - Test and Tag Franchise Partner will allow you to create a more flexible and balanced lifestyle. You are your own boss and you can work from home when you are not physically carrying out on the road testing.
You will be provided and with all the equipment that will enable you to get up and running, including testing equipment, laptop, printers, personal business cards, marketing materials & full sign writing on your vehicle.On top of all of this, included in the initial fee, is all of the training that you require as well. This includes the one-day course to become test and tagging Nationally Accredited. This course will give you all the tools and information you need to understand the industry, and to be able to test all appliances correctly and to the standard.
You will also spend time at our support centre learning marketing, up sales, business training & where you will learn about many facets of the business. This includes how to use our CRM system, how to run your business in Quickbooks/XERO, how to get new clients and much more. Once completing training at the Support Centre, you will spend a further two weeks doing on the job training performing testing with one of our experienced franchisees. They will take you out with them to all of their jobs, where you will see a wide variety of businesses and how we conduct ourselves at each of them. This will allow you to become extremely confident out in the field.
With all of this training, you will be ready and assured that you can go out on your own and start your business with confidence!

Qualifications and background
You don't need to have experience within the weight loss industry to be a successful The Natural Way franchisee.
