   -  Revenue is estimated at approximately $2,500,000 per annum.

   -  The Company formerly operated from premises at 19 Weston Street, Brunswick VIC 3056.

   -  Plant and equipment including but not limited to: lift car manufacturing equipment including welders, drills, cutters and saws, office equipment including printers and computers, miscellaneous tools of trade, a forklift, and a truck.
