Four Seasons is a fully vegan, vegetarian cafe/restaurant in the Southern Highlands, supplying the ongoing health conscience and environmentally aware public with fresh, nutritious plant-based cuisine.
Since opening in May 2018, Four Seasons has built-up a solid local customer base. Tourists visit the cafe on a regular basis with clientele coming from Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Blue Mountains and the South Coast to sample the menu of acclaimed Chef Derek Hamlen and enjoy the friendly welcome they receive from front-of-house staff.
Four Seasons has found a growing niche market that continues to expand. Through the very restrictive covid periods, Four Seasons was able to grow, offering a take-away service and specialty evenings while continuing the regular service in the bistro/cafe.
Combined with various restaurants, coffee shops and niche retail stores, Four Seasons is located on the main road into Bowral.
Currently operating Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 4pm, there is room to increase trade by opening earlier (M-F) to cater for the early tradies and to open on Sunday which will increase the volume from the tourist trade.
To trade later, Thursday to Sunday, is an option as evening dining in Mittagong is becoming more popular or to promote the "take-away" service.
Four Seasons is a small venue of 40 covers, ideal for a small professional team or family to operate.
