Our shared services marketing team located at our Head Office runs continuous marketing campaigns including paid, overarching and social media marketing activities. Franchisees also have the freedom to run their own local marketing initiatives as long as they respect all brand guidelines.
We have had strong, consistent branding and are constantly changing, innovating and evolving our marketing strategies. We have a strong social media presence across a variety of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Training provided:
We will set you up for success from the beginning, with in-person and online support, our RASHAYS Academy has all the training you need to be successful covered.
We will train you in all areas of the operation and ensure you fully understand compliance, financial, HR, food safety, service and business requirements. As a result of this commitment to achieving the best we can, at all levels, we believe you will feel confident in your ability to run your own business.
