Our 700spm (leased) warehouse in Geelong is well set out, with organised spaces for all furniture, artwork, linen, accessories, including all racking. There is room to park our 4.5 tonne truck within the warehouse and 6 carparks within the gates.

A keen eye for interior decorating and great communication is what is required to run this business. This would be required to continue the well established relationships with many real estate agents across Greater Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula.

I have built Style Xtra for the past 8 years from 1 home to now 30 homes fully staged at any given time. My aim was always to build her to sell. Now is the perfect time to sell as we have an amazing foundation within the Greater Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas. It will be an easy transition as we have great processes and procedures in place and work alongside Get Moving Geelong who install the furniture on every job seamlessly.
Style Xtra owns over $450,000 worth of furniture, artwork, linen, etc and a 4.5tonne Moving Truck. We stage fully vacant or partially vacant properties for sale and provide a Pre-Sale Interior Consult for those who are using all their own furniture, but need a little help.
Our processes and procedures allows this business to run like a well oiled machine. We work with Get Moving Geelong to move the furniture, then the stylists come in to finish the job. This leaves no reason for concern that this purchase will be a smooth transition. I am also offering 4 weeks of training for the business owner.
History - Style Xtra was establised in 2017 with our first property. From there we now have the capacity to stage up to 25 houses at once. On average we have around 20 homes out an any given time. In the last 18 months we have doubled in size with the boom in the real estate market. This has allowed us to showcase our work beautifully and cement our place in the Greater Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas.
