You are paid a guaranteed minimum commission of $2,000 per week for your first 26 weeks. That is $52,000 while you build  a floor, not a ceiling.

Most property professionals earn from one transaction type. TBC franchise partners earn from three  buyer's agency, business sales and finance  from the same client, in an exclusive NSW territory, with the marketing, CRM and admin team already built.

This is our home state, and it is where 11 years of systems development has been proven. The brand, the referral networks and the developer relationships are strongest here, which means a shorter runway to your first settled deal.

1. Your brand, built and launched for you
  Full TBC branding: website profile, email signature, Google Workspace and Google Business Profile
  Business cards, brochures, DL flyers for residential and commercial letterbox drops, referral agreements
  High-converting landing pages and lead-capture forms

2. Three revenue streams under one agreement
  Buyer's agency  access to developer stock (new homes, townhouses, apartments, commercial) plus established property
  Business broking  listing and sale systems, NDAs, information memorandums, buyer matching
  Finance  refer your client to our in-house lending team and share in the upfront and trail. No credit licence or compliance burden on you.

3. Marketing and lead generation
  Exclusive marketing territory with resale value
  TBC-managed Facebook and Instagram presence for your zone
  $500 per month ad spend funded for your first 6 months
  Campaign-ready lead generation content and creative

4. Systems and support
  Full CRM with integrations, automations, workflows and lead handling
  Dedicated Team Leader for marketing, data, content and networking
  Centralised admin and virtual assistant support for back-office work
  Trust account, agency agreements and insurance all handled by Head Office  you never touch the compliance
  Web scraping and list-building tools, email marketing platform

5. Training and licensing
  One-on-one owner orientation with the CEO who built these systems
  Complete online training library, live mentoring and monthly team meetings
  Operate under our Director's real estate licence from day one while you complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and register your own licence  you can start earning before you are licensed

6. Commercials
  Commission splits up to 70% on buyer's agency and business sales
  Franchise legal fees covered (save $2,500 + GST)
  No monthly fee for your first 6 months (save $3,000)
  Work remotely  no office fit-out, no lease, minimal setup cost

Earning while you build
You are paid a guaranteed minimum commission of $2,000 per week for your first 26 weeks while you build your pipeline. This is a minimum, not a cap  there is no ceiling on what you can earn above it.

What's not included
We'd rather you knew this up front:
  Monthly service fee of $500 + GST, commencing after your 6-month fee-free period. Covers CRM, admin support and mentoring.
  Ongoing Meta ad spend from month 7, minimum $500 per month.
  Your state licensing or registration course fees and application costs, if you are not already licensed or registered.
  Standard business running costs  vehicle, phone, personal insurances, accounting.

  A background in, or a genuine appetite for, real estate, business or finance
  Available full time  we only accept partners who will match the effort we put into them
  A consultative communicator who sells by solving, not by pushing
  Professional, high-energy and detail-oriented
  Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
