We are looking to sell one of our 3 franchise territories. This one is on the Gold Coast. As we are based in Northern NSW and our Gold Coast tech moved to Melbourne a while ago, we have been operating this franchise from our Ballina base. We are now in the process or winding down towards retirement and it is no longer practical for us to continue to service the Gold Coast territory.
We have been operating for 25 years and servicing the Gold Coast for the last 5 years. During this time we have never really exploited its true potential. It is up and running and we are sending a van up there 1-2 full days a week. It is ripe for development. Currently we are turning over $2k-$3k per week. Our North Coast business will do 5 times this in a smaller, less populated space.
The phone number, website, adwords campaign and data base are all in place. There are forward bookings in the diary. We are basically selling a sign written van, all the equipment you will need to get started and on going training and support. We can continue to assist with diary management, office support and customer relations (if required) although you will make a better return if you take this in house.
The price point chosen is basically plant and equipment, including the vehicle. There are figues available for the franchise although as it a part of a larger business, some costs are split and estimated.
We are happy to finance a component of the business. So if you can raise $20k, we will offer vendor finance on the balance at 2% interest over a maximum of 2 years.
All in all this a great opportunity with a supportive franchise group and training and support from an established operator who is remaining in the industry (in a different territory) and will happily train and support a new owner operator.
