Living Areas is an established and reputable garden upgrade and maintenance company, servicing the North Shore and surrounds of Sydney. We have an exciting opportunity that allows you to be your own boss, with ongoing leads, bills and account management, storage and a monthly disbursement that means you don't have to chase clients, follow up invoices or worry about 30 day accounts.
What we Offer
Training & Support
Initial and ongoing training and support that helps you throughout the life of your management agreement. Through our mentorship program and as a Living Areas director you will receive support on client relations, employment and HR, quoting and scheduling. You will receive 2 weeks full time training and handover jobs on your current client list and with additional 6 days over a 2 week period where required.
Leads and Ongoing Work
Living Areas has a successful sales funnel, driving new business consistently, passing leads to Management Agreement holders, building on the existing business from the initial Management agreement.
Storage
Living Areas storage is a local and affordable storage option, available (for an additional weekly fee) means you only rent what you need can receive deliveries and have a base for your business. Storage option comes with car wash bay, toilet & shower facilities and kitchen facilities.
Fuel card option
All costs would be deducted from your management agreement
Access to Living Areas Buying Group
You have access to Living areas shop for exclusive deals and discounts at wholesale rates and access to 30 day accounts
Administration of trade accounts
Living Areas HQ provides facilitation of trade accounts, allowing you to get your jobs up and running faster, upsell to clients and have a positive cashflow.
Client Billing and Client payment follow up
Living Areas takes care of all the client invoicing and client payment follow up. You will no longer be required to chase outstanding invoices Living Areas Account dept. will follow up with clients. All invoices minus the MA (Management Agreement) fees and charges will be paid out on a monthly basis.
Monthly disbursement of Management Right fees to management right holders less any trade accounts.
