About You
We are looking for motivated partners that:
- have a track record of being an independent, driven and successful sales agent;
- are ready to take on a challenge to fulfil a noble purpose;
- are motivated by a potentially significant earning potential;
- can demonstrate high integrity and an ability to operate in accordance with our core values;
- have exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to build a strong network
- are comfortable working independently whilst maintaining a strong and collaborative working relationship.
The buy in for this exlcusive territory is $10,000 AUD. Home Instead can be flexible on how this is paid.
Remuneration is based on a percentage of revenue you generate and includes a trailing commission. Remuneration for the role also includes monthly support and marketing payments for the first year and a marketing start up kit.
