Phoenix People Development is a training and development business operating nationally since 2014 with a commitment to maximising the potential of people in organisations. The company has worked in the service and manufacturing sectors offering a number of effective programs: Managing teams, Customer Engagement and Sales Development. The owners are retiring and keen to pass on their Course materials and client contacts to a new owner.
The purchase includes professional Course material for participants, Leader's Guides and powerpoints, running sheets and coaching guidelines, a developed Website, data base of current and previous clients and on-line support for 3 months. The material can be delivered through Workshops face to face or via Zoom. Programs range from 4 Modules of 4 hours each (CE) to 6 Modules of 4 hours each (MT & SD). Individual coaching sessions are built into each program every 2 Modules, so 2 for CE and 3 for MT & SD. The programs and coaching have led to very successful outcomes for participating companies.
