- Initial meeting and one-on-one presentation of the business model, the offer and the system
- Signed confidentiality agreement by potential franchisee
- Information Request submitted by potential franchisee
- Commercial due diligence by potential franchisee including financial assessment and discussions with existing franchisees
- Personality Assessment completed by potential franchisee
- Final interview
- Offer of a franchise territory
- Legal due diligence by potential franchisee
- Signed contracts
- Training and establishment
