The successful purchaser will acquire the Management Rights of a portfolio of Strata & Community Title properties and enter a consultancy agreement (5+5) with Whittles Management Services Pty Ltd (Whittles).
The Purchaser will need to operate via a Pty Ltd Company structure.
The portfolio currently has approximately 72 strata & community titled properties located in various areas in the Adelaide Metropolitan area.
