This pools & spas business completes new construction and or renovations of residential swimming pools, along with renovations of commercial pools. The business will build pool surrounds but does not engage in landscaping.

Established 35 years under the same ownership Mountain View Pools has grown purely by word of mouth, referrals, and recommendations.

They provide pool build services either through a builder or direct in some cases.

Contracts are fixed prices with variations and quotes provided from engineer-drafted plans (the engineer's relationship dates back decades as do many of the relationships that the business enjoys.

Typical with the public, deposits are taken and a QBCC contract is signed with a suggested progress payment plan.

The wait time in the last years was 4 to 5 months from signing a contract, this year they are still running 2 to 3 months. This is testimony to the quality and service approach to their craft.

The philosophy is straightforward to their success – don't hide from the customer (the owner visits every site, every day when something is happening).
