An established massage clinic located in Corrimal Shopping Centre, providing massage and wellness services to the local community. The business has been established at this location for over 10 years and has been owned and operated by the current owner since 2019.
Located within the shopping centre, the clinic benefits from good visibility, convenient customer parking and regular foot traffic. The clinic is fully fitted and equipped, providing an opportunity for a new owner to take over an existing massage business without having to establish a clinic from scratch.
The business is currently owner-operated with one part-time massage therapist and operates in line with the shopping centre's trading hours. Income is primarily generated through massage treatments.
There is potential for a new owner to further develop the business by introducing additional therapists, expanding the range of wellness services, and increasing local and online marketing.
The business is being offered for sale due to a change in the current owner's personal plans and other commitments. Further information is available to genuine interested buyers upon enquiry.
