Potato Corner opened its first outlet in the Philippines in October 1992 and began franchising the year after. Starting with a kiosk-type business, the brand has grown into opening in-line stores across multiple locations from shopping centres, schools and tourist destinations across the globe.
In 2006, Potato Corner opened in Indonesia as it created a mark for being a global franchise brand. Soon after this, Americans started enjoying the iconic flavored fries as Potato Corner opened its first USA branch in 2012 and now has over 30 outlets. Potato Corner also operates in Singapore, Thailand & Panama, and will be opening in many other countries in 2016/17.
In early 2015, Potato Corner broke ground in Australia, opening its first location in Blacktown, NSW and its second store in Mount Druitt, in early 2016.
Plans are underway for over 20 stores in NSW and similar expansion plans are now commencing for Victoria and Queensland.
Now inviting expressions of interest for Master Franchises in Australia & New Zealand.
Each Master Franchise territory will be State based (eg all of Queensland, all of Victoria etc) and have the rights to develop stores and sell franchises within that territory. Master Franchisees may operate a number of stores themselves as well as assist and support franchisees to open new sites.
