Essential Beauty has been in business since 1990 and have been franchising since 2001. We have a slow, steady and sensible approach to expansion whereby we work closely with franchisees to help them gain success.
As a result, we have developed a chain of over 70 salons that are trading well with many multi-site operators. This has occurred because of careful management and extensive training.
We would be called an SME (small to medium sized enterprise), yet many of our behaviours are similar to companies that are much larger than ours. For example, we have up-to-the-minute e-learning programs for all staff.
We have regularly updated share portals. We have an excellent management team across all facets of business including – IT, marketing, accounts, search engine marketing and search engine optimisation, logistics, product sales and support as well as training and compliance programs.
