About Us:

Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill — a business with passion

Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill is a highly successful Australian owned restaurant chain offering a unique experience in casual family dining. Since opening the doors of its first restaurant in Beverly Hills in 2001, Vaby’s has grown from strength to strength and now boasts five thriving locations throughout Sydney.

The philosophy behind Vaby’s phenomenal success is their unflagging passion for great food and customer service. Vaby’s goal is that each customer enjoys a “totally satisfying dining experience”. This is Vaby’s simple strategy for creating repeat customers who go on to recommend Vaby’s to their friends.

Vaby’s menu offers a wide variety of culinary favourites ranging from classic Mediterranean dishes such as Spanish Paella, French Seafood Bouillabaisse and Portuguese Peri Peri Chicken (made with Vaby’s very own and yet-to–be-equalled Peri Peri sauce)... to traditional Aussie staples such as the Bushman’s Burger, Classico Fish ‘n’ Chips, and Steaks from the grill. There’s something on Vaby’s menu to satisfy everyone, so all diners can enjoy a great meal in a congenial environment where family and friends can get together to share great times.
