Led by Brad Higgs, Titan Partners Corporate Finance has more than twenty years experience in professional services, including over 12 years as a Partner in corporate advisory. Previously Brad was Divisional Head of the Corporate Finance team of a global top 10 accounting firm, comprising six partners and 26 staff, specialising in mergers and acquisitions advisory, valuations and transaction services. With experience in advising both publicly listed and privately held companies, Brad has provided valuation services to over 100 entities, including Independent Expert's reports to shareholders, as well as valuation advice for strategic, investment or taxation purposes.
