It has also now expanded to include a HR (Human Resources ) service that will simplify clients management & records of their employees .

Workplace Health & Safety i& HR are both an integral part of every business and ALL employers must be compliant with current legislation.

While the majority of employers want to ensure a safe working environment for their employees & have a good system of records for their employees employment -including hours worked, due for leave or sick- many fall short of doing these in a proper complying level. This can be due to a lack of knowledge, expertise or shortage of time This is where CSA helps to support those businesses. At a fraction of the cost of them employing staff to do such duties.

For YOU – being a CSA Area Business owner - means you will consult, advise, monitor and support the business that need help so that their businesses become compliant - and their staff stay safe, happy and all records are kept accurately.

You will need previous experience in business or in sales, customer support & training. Industry experience in either workplace safedty or HR is helpful but not vital as we provide full training.

CSA will train you to go into the workplace, gather data of tehi clients current level of compliance , and shortly following up with a report of findings & recommendations for the clients to consider and make a decision from to engage services or not.. Those reports include detailed plans on how to action the recommendations and, as a CSA consultant, you will continue to support your clients as they implement those recommendations. This results in ongoing revenue for you as each client becomes a repeat customer.
