Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)

Lately at Australian Business For Sale we have been informed by an increasing number of business vendors, that they have been contacted by various business for sale type organizations, some based overseas, who lead these vendors to believe they have ready buyers for their businesses. A particularly crafty scam leads these vendors to believe that these overseas buyers are ready to sign a contract, but it needs to be translated, which comes at a certain cost. Some vendors believed and acted on this scenario and….lost money….ultimately no buyer.
